Powder Puff Game Comes to AHC With A Boom

The Powder puff game came booming to the AHC turf field on November 16.

The juniors and seniors played the traditional game, and the seniors won. Surprise!

Before the game started, all the students gathered on the turf field for cheers to boost the team spirit.

The students and teachers dressed up in purple and white. The freshmen and juniors dressed up in white, while the sophomores and seniors dressed up in purple from shoes to faces and tutus to hats.

The tradition of the Powder puff game has been going on for many years at AHC.

One of the junior team members stated, “I had fun playing in the Powder puff game, even though we lost. I loved doing all of the team spirit cheers before the game started. It was all a great way to end the week.”

One of the victorious seniors mentioned, “I was sad that we could not end Spirit Week with the game since it was rescheduled, but I had a lot of fun ending this week with it. This event helped bring the students and teachers together to enjoy a nice and cold afternoon.”

The students had fun participating in this event, and this Tartan tradition is one of the highlights of Spirit Week.
